(Frank Delmartino)
Профессор Франк Делмартино – крупный специалист в области изучения интеграционных процессов, институциональной структуры ЕС, вопросов, связанных с расширением ЕС. Доктор социальных наук, директор по науке Католического университета, Институт европейской политики (г.Левен, Бельгия). Его перу принадлежат многочисленные работы по проблемам европейской интеграции, получившие признание в Европе. Занимается преподавательской деятельностью в Европейском Колледже в г. Брюгге.
